The dissertation is devoted a problem of decrease in frequency and severity level of climacteric infringements at women with good-quality thyreoidal pathology on the basis of studying clinical, psychoneurological, endocrinological, biochemical, hemostaziological features, mineral density of bones, and also working out and introduction of algorithm treatment-and-prophylactic and prognostical actions. The general moments and distinctions of climacteric infringements in peri - and postmenopausal periods at patients with autoimmune thyreoidite, hypo- and thyroid gland hyperfunction are established. New aspects of psychoneurological displays of climacteric infringements at good-quality thyreoidal are presented a pathology to the various periods menopause. The comparative estimation of changes endocrinological status, a metabolism, a system hemostasis and mineral density of bones at patients with autoimmune thyreoidite, hypo-and thyroid gland hyperfunction in peri - and postmenopausal the periods is spent. It has allowed to expand available data about patogenesise a climacteric syndrome and scientifically to prove necessity of improvement treatment-and-prophylactic and prognostical actions. The algorithm prognostical and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at patients with climacteric infringements during the various periods menopause against a good-quality pathology of a thyroid gland that has allowed to lower frequency and degree of expressiveness of clinical and psychoneurological displays is developed and introduced, and also to seize quality of a life of patients.
