Essay

A research object is a process of state administration medical defence of population and territory subject to the condition NS of natural and tekhnogennogo character. Purpose – scientific mechanisms of state administration medical defence subject to the condition NS of natural and tehnical character. Methods: scientific, specially scientific and philosophical the Scientific novelty of the got results consists, that first in science of state administration integral author approach is offered in relation to the scientific ground of features of realization of state administration medical defence subject to the condition NS of natural and tehnical character, and also practical recommendations are developed from the improvement of functioning of the mobile formings of DSMK of Ukraine. Results - a state case the mobile formings of DSMK frame is developed at overcoming the medical consequences of NS of natural and tehnical character at territorial level.
