Essay

Thesis is devoted of morbid obesity and metabolic disorder surgical treatment with used of gastric bypass and miniinvasive gastric banding. It is established that introduction of the improved methods of these bariatric procedures to reduce the amount of early and late postoperational complications and considerably to promote efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with morbid obesity. These bariatric operations not only reduced surplus mass of patients body, but also symptomatology of concomitant pathology diminishes considerably. There was developed the concept of method of bariatric procedure choice.
