Essay

The subject of the thesis is the process of creation, implementation and use of the organizational culture in an engineering company. The aim of the research constitutes development of theoretical basis and practical recommendations regarding the direction and mechanism of establishment and development of the organizational culture in the engineering companies. The theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis are the classical proves of economic theory, the laws of functioning of market economy, the main laws of the philosophy, general social principles, management concepts etc. The concept of research of organizational culture for the purposes of general law of the development of universe has been introduced which transforms into innovational development of the enterprise. The actual influence of organizational culture upon the process of knowledge management has been discovered and the model of integrated innovation-intellectual centers of knowledge, ideologically connected by common values, has been generated. It has been proposed to create Institute of Organisational Culture and model of optimal choice of strategy and its establishment at enterprise. The outcome received have been implemented in the engineering companies, government organs. The scope of implementations is human resources management, organizational behavior, organizational development, labor motivation, innovational development.
