The object is increasing efficiency of microwave amplifiers and oscillators; purpose is development of analysis methods and design procedures of high efficiency active circuits (classes E and F); methods - mathematical modeling, experimental investigation; originality is the design theory of and passive devices on combination of transmitter lines was extended; result - to contrive new regime of operation and control of high efficiency amplifiers and oscillator (classes E and F) and a novel devices design; all these thesis have been developed in two Donetsk research institutions and Donetsk national university; the field is microwave theory and technique
