The dissertation is devoted a problem of decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive health, obstetrical and perinatal complications at girls and women with hypotalamical syndrome on the basis of studying, clinical, functional, endocrinological, immunological and biochemical features, and also working out and introduction of algorithm treatment-and-prophylactic and prognostical actions. The reasons, frequency and structure of infringements of reproductive health, obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with hypotalamical syndrome in pubertative and the reproductive period are established. The role hypotalamical syndrome in development of infringements menstrual and reproductive function at patients in pubertative and the reproductive period is shown. Comparative aspects of infringements endocrinological status and ovarial are presented dysfunction at hypotalamical syndrome to the various periods formation reproductive system. New aspects patogenesise of hypotalamical syndrome, infringements menstrual and reproductive function on the basis of interrelation studying between clinical, functional, endocrinological, immunological and biochemical parametres, and also the indicators characterising processes peroxidation and antioxydation of protection are established. Comparative aspects of a clinical current of pregnancy, obstetrical and perinatal outcomes of delivery women with hypotalamical syndrome are presented. The forecasting technique hypotalamical syndrome in pubertative and the reproductive period on the basis of a method logistical regression taking into account an estimation of risk factors is developed. The algorithm treatment-and-prophylactic and prognostical actions are developed and introduced at hypotalamical syndrome pubertative and the reproductive period on the basis advanced tactics of conducting and correction of the basic infringements of a homeostasis.
