The concept of the urbosocio-natural development of the territory is substantiated which is the totality of regularities of its idea as socio-ecological system, and is developed in the direction of distructure of the environment, in increasing of the structure unwell - ordered and loss of system indications. It is transferred the city's system in the condition of the dynamic eguilibrium with social influence, when its elements continuonsly react on this influence and form a scenario of the development.
