Research object - teoretiko-methodological bases state administrative to activity and them determinuyuchiy influence on forming and realization of modern democratic vryaduvannya. The article of research is a humanitarian paradigm as integral teoretiko-methodological model of realization of state administration on principles of lyudinocentrizmu. The purpose of dissertation work is opening teoretiko-methodological bases of humanitarian paradigm and ground of necessity of its application in practice of state administration of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in the ground of humanitarian paradigm as a methodological model of understanding realization of state administration. The practical value of the got results consists in development teoretiko-methodological and metodiko applied positions sciences of state administration, which can be realized in practice and instrumental in optimization of the system of state administration of Ukraine.
