Essay

In dissertation materials are expounded on the study of epizootological situation in relation to associative diseases of pigs in the conditions of economies of the Forest-steppe and Steppe areas of Ukraine. The results of researches are set the seasonal and age-old dynamics of parasitocenoses of pigs. The comparative analysis of efficiency of high-quality and quantitative scatoscopy methods of laboratory research of animals, patients is conducted on parasitosis. The methods of coproovoscopical lifetime diagnostics of parasitosis animals are offered. Pathomorphologicaly during a nematodic-protozoal associations of pigs found out prevailing of ascarises above other components of parasitocenoses. The deep changes of cages, fabrics and organs are histological registered. It is set that development of pathological process in the organism of pigs at associative invasions is accompanied the changes of biochemical indexes: by the decline of maintenance of general albumen, faction of albumin, increase of faction of г-globulins of gamut and activity of most enzymes (aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase). Acaricidical efficiency of ektosantm is studied in vitro and for the origin of spontaneous sarcoptozes of pigs. Toxicological properties of ektosantm are certain on laboratory animals. Domestic antihelminthics, acaricides and antiprotozoal preparations is tested on animals, patients with parasitogenic associations. Set them effective operating on the organism of sick animals.
