Berzin P. Crime's consequences in criminal law regulatory mechanism

Present dissertation is devoted to the problem of definition of influence of crime's consequences as criminal law phenomenon and modeling of system value of such consequences in criminal law as a whole. Criminal-legal content of concepts "changes in object criminal law protection", "socially dangerous consequences", "crime's consequences", " consequences as element of the corpus delicti" and its correlation are discovered. Taking into consideration the content of crime's consequences specifications of this consequences classification for the individual types authorities have defined. This individual types of crime's consequences are: crime's consequences as "component" of any crime and crime's consequences as element of the corpus delicti. Is considers specifications of crime's consequences in particular institutes of General and some norms of Special parts of criminal law of Ukraine. Proposals for improvement of criminal law and practice of its application are developed on basis of the conducted study.
