Palyvoda K. Financial resources and mechanisms of capital investments into residential real estate

Research of investment process evolution influenced by material change of money is investigated and mechanism of financial resources accumulation into residential construction is developed. It is proved that investments lost any material background and obtained irrational qualities. Capital investments as investments into national wealth growth retain material substance. The thesis demonstrates the possibility of money creation turned money issuance into investment source. The work asserts that mobilization of own investment resources and their direction into residential construction are able to ensure stable economic growth in Ukraine, internal product market for the national producer, increase employment and decrease external dependence of Ukrainian economy
