Essay

The dissertation is a theoretic and experimental study devoted to the problem of the lingvodidactic competence formation of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature. The importance of the competence approach implementation in the high school educational process as well as of the choice of technologies, forms and methods of education of philology students, directed to the lingvodidactic competence formation, is theoretically grounded. The optimal contemporary language and literature teacher as a national speech personality model is improved. Lingvodidactic competences, which present the basis of methodic training of philology students, are revealed, selected and systematized. The criteria and indicators of lingvodidactic competences having been formed in students and young language and literature teachers are defined. The system of exercises, tasks and tests in Ukrainian language training methods, based on joining the credits-modules technology and the subject-methodic designing technology is worked out. The author pays attention to the formation of the sixteen students' lingvodidactic competences: informative, motivational, logical, methodological, personal, technological, communicative, projective, role-playing, axiological, social, creative, strategic, diagnostic, discourse and reflexive. The worked out methods are successfully tested, their effectiveness is experimentally confirmed.
