Buzynnyy M. Scientific substantiation of ways of radiation monitoring optimization in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the ways of radiation monitoring optimization in Ukraine. In dissertation were considered peculiarities of radiation monitoring building worldwide and in Ukraine, modern approaches of radiation monitoring development were analysed, The dissertation is devoted a scientific substantiation of ways of optimisation of radiation monitoring in Ukraine. For this purpose in work features of construction of radiation monitoring in the world and in Ukraine are considered, modern approaches to statement of radiating monitoring are analysed, the interdepartmental regional approach of development of radiating monitoring in Ukraine is offered, use of the universal equipment, in particular on a basis liquid scintillation counting, for instrument equipment of laboratories is offered. The analysis of results RM is carried out for: tritium, radiocarbon, a natural radioactivity of water, the basic peculiarities are established, aspects of optimisation of corresponding RM directions are offered, the analysis of advantages of the developed methods of measurement of radon, thoron and their daughters is carried out, results of participation of laboratory in intercomparison tests are analysed, the role intercomparison tests in maintenance of quality of radiating monitoring is established.
