Essay

The research is devoted to the criminalistic knowledge use during criminal cases consideration. Having analysed and investigated the principle criminal-processual functions (prosecution, defense, adjudication), the author substantiates that their professional "performers" (public prosecutors, counsels and professional judges) during the hearings, acting as subjects of proving or of evidence examination, do need criminalistic repletion of cognition process within the scopes of evidential process. The author developed recommendations on the synthesis of organization, tactics and tenchiques of judicial investigation in a particular criminal case consideration.
