Object - a process of economic-organizing development of a ground relations in the agrarian nature management, as a form of use of the components of natural-resource potential in conditions of a private property formation on the land; aim - working out of theoretical-methodological and applied fundamentals of realisation of the conception of economic-organizing regulation of agrarian ground relations in nature use; methods - system analysis, monographic, economic-statistical, comparatively- economic, economic-mathematical, design-constructional; novelty - working out of theoretical-methodological and methodical principles of forming of the mechanism of a ground relations' development in agrarian nature use; results - forming of the eco- nomic-organizing mechanism of economics of a market type nature use, directed on increase of economic efficiency of a ground resources' use, their preservation and reconstruction; implemented in activity of RGA in AR Crimea, in activity of Management of ecological inspection of the North Crimean region RNBO of Ukraine, in activity of Ministry of APK of AR Crimea, in activity of Ministry of Finance of AR Crimea, in activity of republic committee of land resources of AR Crimea, in research activity and educational process of Southern Branch of the National University of bio-resources and nature use of Ukraine "Crimean agro-technological university"; branch - Economics of nature use and preservation of the environment.
