Essay

Thesis is dedicated to addressing important topical issues of Applied Science and the unity of laboratory tests, that is the basis of comparability and mutual recognition of test re-sults regardless of the time and place of the hearing. Conceptual model for the unity of the test laboratory. A systematic comprehensive approach to evaluating performance accuracy testing methodology and results. Methods evaluating the admissibility of the results obtained in laboratory tests, as well as indicators of accuracy on its validation methods. Formalized procedure for obtaining pa-rameters of intermediate precisions. Generalized opportunities and formulates recommen-dations for the use of experimental approach for evaluation of uncertainty (uncertainty) of quantitative test result, which allows to take into account factors that have expression and inaccuracies formation conditions and mode of operation of the facility. Developing based on interval analysis of the concept of uncertainty for their tests results, which allows, based on the likelihood and nature of allowable faulty decisions, formulate requirements for the accuracy of measuring devices used in the tests.
