Essay

The thesis deals with the theoretical study and experimental investigations of the mechanism and kinetics of mass exchange and biological processes under the hydrodynamic cavitation effects. According to the experimental investigations the dependences for mass transfer coefficient calculations are obtained, provided the cavitation devices are used. The results of extraction conducted by the activated extractor are summarized. Mathematical models of biological processes of microorganism inactivation, chemical processes are developed. Advanced technologies for production of potassium fertilizer, acid casein, alcohol tincture, cavitation module constructions are suggested.
