Chobey S. Combined Treatment of Patients with Tumor Genesis Colon Obstruction.

Object – obstructive colon cancer; the aim – to improve the early and late follow up results of the combined treatment of patients with tumor colon obstruction; methods – clinical examination, laboratorial, instrumental, roentgenologic, radioisotopes; novelty – we proved, that estimation of tumor characteristics in patients with obstructive colon cancer is the obligatory component of preoperative examination; approach and extent of the surgery, clinical efficiency of the developed and introduced methods of examination and combined treatment were evaluated; results – the surgical algorithm in case of acute colon cancer obstruction was suggested; introduced into the work of surgical clinics and educational practice; field – surgery.
