Sirenko N. Managing innovation development in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy

This dissertation focuses on the theoretical and methodological grounds and development on their basis of the practical guidelines on managing innovation development of Ukraine's economy agrarian sector. Object of research is the control system of innovative development of agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine. The methodology of dissertational research is based on system-complex and synergetic approaches which consider innovative development of agrarian sector of economy as system interconnected and the consistent elements of social and economic, organizational, ecological, biological, dynamic character directed on increase of level of a humanisation of a society, and also on set of positions of the theory of development, economic theories, the theory of a postindustrial society, the institutional-evolutionary theory, the theory of management, the system theory and a society sustainable development. The scientific results received as a result of research are accepted to introduction. The evolution of the views on the economic development of socio-economic systems has been systematized, and the terminology of the theory of innovation development has been specified. The system of principles of the innovation development model implementation and the methods of the integrated assessment of its effectiveness have been elaborated. The concept of the innovation development management in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy and innovation development of agrarian university education and science has been substantiated. The innovation process model has been supplemented with the after-implementation support of innovations stage. The methods of the synergetic effect determination in the process of the innovation development model management in the agrarian sector of the economy have been elaborated and assessment methods of the individual innovation response of agrarian businesses have been substantiated. Peculiarities have been found; the impact of the factors on the restraint of the innovation development in the agrarian sector of the economy has been systematized and studied. Complex diagnostics of the regions concerning main socio-economic indices have been carried out. The following ideas have been substantiated: the sequence of the stages of creating demand for innovations and the measures concerning its enhancement; the application of rental mechanisms of stimulating innovation development; scientific approach to coordinated interaction of all the participants of innovation territory-production clusters, on the basis of which the matrix of their interaction has been elaborated. Guidelines on improving the information-consultation support system and proposals for improving Ukrainian legislation in the field of stimulating innovation development in the agrarian sector of the economy have been elaborated.
