Grygus I. Methodological aspects of the physical activity regimes development in rehabilitation of patients with bronchial asthma

Research subject: 320 patients with bronchial asthma. Research purpose: to promote efficiency of medical rehabilitation of patients with bronchial asthma in the period of sharpening by application of the nosotropic grounded modes of physical activity and complex of physical medical factors. Methods: clinical inspection of patients (estimation of current status of patients, including test of control of asthma), determination of function of the external breathing (spirography and picflometry), physical capacity (veloergometry, 6-th minute foot-pace test) and physical health of patients, estimation of quality of life of patients. Theoretical and practical results: the integral program of medical rehabilitation of patients with is developed bronchial asthma, which includes the modified methods of medical physical culture (medical gymnastics, massage, cyclic trainings exercises), physical therapy procedures (ultraviolet irradiation of thorax, galoaerozoltherapy), manipulation physical interferences, psychological facilities (autogenic training) and educational measures.That its application in accordance with the degree of weight of disease and taking into account the level of physical possibilities of patients allows to control motion of bronchial asthma, results in the substantial improvement of the clinical state, physical health, physical capacity and quality of life of patients.
