Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of development and improvement of information, communication and didactic systems for the course of chemistry at higher technical educational institutions as well as to the creation on its basis, of the modern educational-methodological complex (EMC) in chemistry as the cen-tral link of the educational process. The methodology of transforming the informa-tion system of chemistry into the module-based information-didactic system of educational course in general chemistry is suggested. The influence of the firstly established and developed system-forming factors of chemistry on the methodol-ogy of formation of the individual oriented environment in teaching chemistry is revealed in the investigation.
