Traversay O. Political leadership and management of the "liberal" totalitarianizm period in the USSR: Ukrainian context (60-s the beginning of 90-s XX century).

The given monograph represents research results of political leadership and management in Ukraine as a factor of social and political development in 60-s and the beginning of 90-s in XX century. It is revealed nature, content and dynamic of leadership and management in politics due to gradual changes in the political system of the country. It is shown their institutional transformations and interconnections of the period of Ukrainian pre-State of the Soviet pattern. The author justifies theoretical and methodical ground of this subject research and develops the concept of leadership and management systemogenesis in politics. It is given the recommendations concerning the ways and mechanisms of political leadership and management formation in Ukraine, and forming of political elite.
