An object is processes of forming of permanent land-tenure in agriculture in the conditions of transformation of the landed relations; a purpose is a theorist-methodological ground of strategic priorities of permanent land-tenure in agriculture of Ukraine; methods – statistical; complex and system analysis; abstractly-logical; graphicly-analytical; comparison; to the analysis and synthesis; settling-structural; a novelty is development of theorist-methodological principles and conceptual going near perfection of mechanism of forming and development of permanent land-tenure in agriculture of Ukraine with the purpose of maintenance of potential of earths and soils for next generations; results – the model of ecologization of government control of agricultural land-tenure is worked out; it is inculcated in economic practice.
