Essay

In the thesis on the base on investigation main factors and forming mechanisms of psychopathological phenomenones, mental disorders and pathopsychological peculiarities by invalids the complex program of the medical psychological psychotherapy and psychosocial providing of rehabilitation process was created. According to clinic and psychopathological examination disability as a result of chronic somatic diseases is caused by appearance of new and aggravating of existent non psychotic mental disorders which largely influence on the flow of basic disease and level of disability. The pathopsychological analysis of personality sphere of invalids, internal picture of illness and quality of their life was conducted. Intercommunication of the set features and status of disability was shown. The theoretical model of origin and development of non psychotic mental disorders was developed out in the situation of disability as a result of chronic somatic diseases. The criteria and algorithm of complex (psychosomatic) estimation of rehabilitation potential of invalids was developed on the basis of the worked out "conception of psychological component of rehabilitation potential". Stage-by-stage sуstem of rehabilitation of invalids was developed. The principles of drafting of the individual program of rehabilitation were worked out and introduce in medical and social expertise practice. The estimation criteria of rehabilitation potential level of invalids were worked out. The principles and strategies of psychotherapy accompaniment were worked out within the framework of realization of the individual rehabilitation program.
