Mathematical methods of the information technology of the analysis of the "Environment-Health" system were proposed as a foundation for the creation of evident base for the hygienic investigations promoting the provision of new knowledge. Mathematical and program methods for the assessment and improvement of the quality of the statistical information sources were elaborated. A method for the complex assessment of the state of "Environment-Health" system is proposed. According to this assessment a comparative characteristic of Ukraine and the countries of Europe was performed.
