Object patients with metabolic syndrome (PwMS) and surgical diseases of organs of the hepatobiliary system (DOHS). Living hepatocyte in the conditions of hypoxia; purpose to improve the results of treatment of DOHS by determination of optimum methodological, tactical, surgical and conservative methods at PwMS; methods - analysis, clinical, laboratory-biochemical, instrumental, collagenase method; results - researches of the use of operative interferences are first conducted at surgical DOHS at PwMS; first at PwMS comparative description of efficiency of opened and endovisual operations of forming of organanastomosis is used at a cirrhosis liver; the comparative estimation of efficiency of the use of "umbellate" laparolifting and carboxyperitoneum is first conducted at laparoscopy cholecystectomy; first at researches efficiency of endovisual cholecystectomy is exposed with the use of "umbellate" laparolifting at холелитеазе, sharp and chronic cholecystitiss; testimonies and contra-indications are first formulated for surgical treatment of PSMS and ZOGS by a endovisual method; the direct and remote results of laparoscopy operations are first studied at the diseases of liver and hematobilia ways at PSMS; is first decided the most expedient nosotropic conservative possibilities for after operation preparation and rehabilitation of PwMS; branch - medicine.
