Object - the phenomenon of freedom in the unity of its anthropologically-existential and socio-cultural components; aim - to develop and prove the philosophical-anthropological concept of freedom in the transcendental dimension, and on this basis to determine its regulatory and sense-generative potential; methods - hermeneutic, phenomenological, historical-genetic, cultural-anthropology, comparative, structural and functional; novelty - is a comprehensive philosophical-anthropological grounding transcendental essence of freedom as the creative potential that can lead immanent natural properties of the individual to the level of actual existence and development, providing norms and propriety individual / social existence of man in the universe through the production and establishment of new senses; can be used in further investigation of problems of freedom in the development strategies of justice and law-making, in the study transformations of moral consciousness in terms of radical changes the basic structure of the spiritual life of society, can be applied in the analysis of the contradictions of modern culture and their relation to global cultural transformation, in search of theoretical basis for further personal development, able to find adequate answers to the challenges of time; materials of dissertation may be used in educational process for teaching the courses of philosophical anthropology, ethics, philosophy of the law, culture and history of philosophy; brunch - a philosophical anthropology, philosophy of culture
