Sviridova V. Medical and psychological rehabilitation of women who underwent surgery for internal genital organs

As a result of studying 350 women who underwent surgery for internal genital organs (hysterectomy or myoectomy) and their husbands, conducted from the perspective of a systematic approach, it was determined the dynamics of psychological condition of women in pre-and postoperative periods, it was studied the sexual health women and their husbands before and after surgery, it was revealed and systematized forms of sexual options and adolescents of couples in which the wife underwent surgery for internal genital organs; it has been investigated the relationship between volume of surgical intervention and mental health of women who have suffered domestic operations in genital, it was analyzed characteristic and personality features of women to operations on internal genital organs and their men, there were set options and clinical forms of violation of family interaction in families where the wife underwent surgery for internal genital, and there were highlighted mechanisms of its occurrence. On the basis of scientifically substantiated data, it has been developed and implemented a system of medical and psychological rehabilitation of women who have suffered genital operations on internal, consisting of five phases: preoperative, early postoperative, postoperative deferred, remote postoperative psychological and family, as well as evaluation. The first three stages are intended to apply to all women who have suffered surgical intervention on internal genital, regardless of their marital relationship. Recent steps are undertaken with women in violation of family interactions and their men differentially depending on the variations and forms. The effectiveness of the system was 75%.
