Manojlenko O. Anti-crisis management in corporate sector of economy

Object of research is a process of anti-crisis management in the corporate sector of Ukrainian economy. Purpose of research is theoretical and methodological substantiation of the concept of anti-crisis management in economy corporate sector. Methods of research are abstract and logic methods; a method of theoretical generalization; dialectics; logic; the system analysis; synthesis; the structural and situational approach; the correlation and expert analysis; imitating modeling. Theoretical and practical results. For the first time the theory of anti-crisis management is considered from a synergy and evolutionary paradigm position of corporate sector dynamic stability research; the concept of anti-crisis management in economy corporate sector is developed and proved; methodical approach to definition of the state an anti-crisis policy types and restrictions and conditions of their application is offered. The methodical approach to key factor use of the promissory notes security of corporate structures in a crisis state which is a component of stabilization mechanisms of anti-crisis management is offered. The methodical approach to environment factors definition which influence on the occurrence and course of the crisis phenomena in corporate sector of economy; the methodical approach to allocation of crises development stages in corporate structures; the methodical approach to an estimation of o enterprises solvency renewal possibility during realization sanitation; science and methodical maintenance of diagnostics and forecasting of crisis development in typologically identical corporate structures; the methodical approach to stress-testing of influence of environment factors on occurrence and development of crisis with definition of its depth had the further development. classification of integration corporate structures on the basis of introduction of an additional sign ; ordering of the crisis phenomena on the basis of introduction of additional characteristics of corporate systems; disclosing of special principles of institutional principles formation of perfection of the bankruptcy mechanism of enterprises in corporate sector of economy are improved.
