Essay

The process of hot-rolled wide strips. Creation of complex methods of calculation of technological parameters of hot rolled strip for the reconstruction of existing and designing new mills. This allows us to identify effective technical and technological solutions for high-quality production of the specified mix. Experimental studies were carried out in industrial and laboratory conditions, using modern means of measurement, statistical methods of data processing and mathematical modeling. Has been developed a new method for calculating the yield stress of steel at strain; of calculating the temperature of the working rolls; for a calculating the depreciation of work rolls. Received a development method for predicting the mechanical properties of rolled products. The results would be used for iron and steel, engineering technologies and equipment for the production of hot-rolled strips. Introduced.
