Poliakova L. State governance of informational-educational environment of innovative university complexes

The object of study - governance for informational-educational environment of innovative university complexes. Goal - the development of theoretical concepts and develop of methodological foundations of governance for informational-educational environment of innovative university complexes. Theoretical and methodological basis - the researches of leading scientists of our country and foreign scientists, specialists, legislative acts of Ukraine, methodical provisions and instructive materials; dialectic, systematic approaches of scientific knowledge, scientific and special methods of research. The main scientific result - there were given proof of the theoretical and methodological approaches and procedures for design, functioning of innovative university complex, scientific-methodological approaches and procedures for the formation of administrative actions in the various structural units on the basis of integrated-target method were proposed, conceptual approaches to the formation of the internal structure of innovative university complexes as educational subsystems were developed, conceptual bases to improve governance for informational-educational environment of innovative university complexes based on modern information technology were proposed, the tendencies of development for public education system, identification of specific for functioning, conditions and directions for development of the Ukrainian universities in the innovative economy, and methodological approaches to the modernization of public administration for national system of public education in modern conditions were improved; concept model of informational-analytic CSRP-system of state management of the quality education in an innovative university complexes with complex distributed structure of scientific-educational environment were proposed, definition the essence of the educational system, theoretical-methodological approaches for the functioning of the system of opened education have received further development, The practical significance is in that the basic theoretical concepts of the thesis are the basis for the practical improvement of governance for informational-educational environment of innovative university complexes.
