The dissertation is devoted a problem of reproductive health of women with inflammatory diseases of appendages of a uterus. The work purpose is decrease frequencies infringements reproductive health women with various forms inflammatory процесс owls of appendages of a uterus on a basis studying clinical , functional , endocrinological, immunological and microbiological features , and also workings out and introductions algorithm treatment-and-prophylactic and diagnostic actions . New links patogenesise of various forms of inflammatory defeat uterus appendages are studied on a basis correlation communications at system and local level, changes cytokine status and the maintenance fibronectine, and also interrelations between clinical, ehografical, immunological, endocrinological and microbiological infringements at various forms of inflammatory defeat uterus appendages.
