Dissertation is devoted to development of scientific bases of complex wares quality assurance in the conditions of stochastic uncertainty and fuzzy information with the use of facilities of operational control, based on the intelligence systems adaptability theory and stochastic reliability analysis methods. A research object is a process of providing of quality of difficult wares and forecasting of their operating reliability in the conditions of stochastic uncertainty and fuzzy information. The method of the generalized estimation of quality of difficult wares got further development. The methods of neural network estimation, forecasting and operative quality of difficult wares management are developed. Principle of the flexible planning of model technological processes is developed on the basis of application of theory of fuzzy sets. The new going is offered near the probabilistic estimation of operating reliability of difficult wares and metrology reliability of electronic measurings devices.
