Ischeikina Y. Hygienical bases of prophylaxis of illnesses of the system of blood circulation among the population in the unfavorable social-and-ecological terms of vital functions

Object - health of population dwelling in unfavorable social-ecological living conditions. Purpose - scientific substantiation of preventive principles and measures of cardiovascular diseases among population living in unfavorable social-ecological conditions on the bases of identification and regulation of exogenous risk and antirisk factors. Methods - hygienic, sociologic, medical-statistical ones. Results of work allow organizing and conducting primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of cardiovascular diseases among population living in urbanized region with expressed anthropogenic ecological environment and in agrarian region with socially depressive environment. Novelty - law of determination of biological and real age-related threshold of diseases by environmental factors was substantiated and formulated for the first time. Spectrum of exogenous risk and antirisk factors was determined, regularity of cardiovascular diseases' formation was set, formation criteria and indices of ultimate results of cardiological service work as basis for management of quality of population service were determined. Principles and criteria of medical-social and medical-ecological prevention of cardiovascular diseases were formulated and determined, recommendations for healthy life-style for people with cardiovascular diseases were worked out. Methodical recommendations for use in practical activity of healthcare agencies including cardiological ones were published by results of work. Branch - medicine (hygiene and occupational pathology).
