Chub O. The developing of the Banking system of Ukraine in the context of globalization

In the dissertation the theoretical and methodological foundations of the developing of the banking system of Ukraine in terms of financial integration have been grounded and practical recommendations have been worked out aimed at improving the competitiveness of domestic banks in the global environment. The directions of the transformation of banking in Ukraine at the level of the central banks and the business processes affected by the deepening financial globalization have been determined. The process of entry of foreign capital into the domestic banking market has been explored and the estimation of its impact on performance has been done. The features of the market for corporate control in the banking sector have been analyzed. The complex of measures aimed at intensifying the implementation of innovative banking technologies, tools and management practices in the activities of domestic banks has been proposed. Some proposals on the harmonization of banking law of Ukraine and the EU, improving of monetary policy, corporate governance, policy transparency, banking regulation and supervision have been justified.
