The object - is diagnostic and surgical correction of face involutory skin changes; the purpose – an improvement of early and late results of surgical correction of face involutory skin changes by an optimization of morphological and functional skin diagnostic, individual choice and improvement of surgical technologies and development of new methodologies of surgical treatment; the methods – general clinical, histological, electron microscopy, morphometry, clinical-instrumental, standard questioning, three-dimensional computer modeling, mathematical; the novelty – the diagnostic algorithm of quantitative determination of skin involutory status is in-process offered and reasonable, a group of high intraoperative and postoperative risk is determined, new methodologies of surgical treatment are developed; results - clear testimonies and results are in-process certain for realization of different variants of frontlift, middle facelift and composite lifting on open, endoscopic and combined technologies; it is inculcated - in medical practices, in an educational process; the sphere is a medicine.
