Essay

The thesis presents a new solution of problem of creation of information technology for determining of the dependence of human state from the cosmophysical factors. Formed information model of a complex research object including intracellular, individual, group and population hierarchical levels allows determining the patterns of relationship of the cosmophysical factors' influence on a human state. Created information system of human state monitoring includes the stages of receiving data about dynamics of psychic and physiological aspects of tested individual and environment factors, analysis of received information and giving out the results. It allows forecasting, preventing and correcting the negative changes in human health and efficiency. Basic tool of information technology is the developed information system for a human state diagnostics (with "client-server" architecture), which provides: user testing with delivery of received diagnostic information to server, carrying out the analysis with following visualization of results and conclusions.
