Essay

New formalism for single particle Green function representation by means of permutation groups is elaborated. This formalism makes it possible to directly find the mass operator (MO) without omitting the disconnected and reducible diagrams for high orders of permutation theory. The group theory and peculiarities of chemical binding in layered semiconductors were used to find the topology of Davyg dov energy levels of current carrier. The mass operator for electrons and excitons (after defining of their spectrums from the modified Wannier equation, received in this work), interacting with phonons is obtained. The influence of possible structure distortions on electron spectrum is analized.
