The thesis summarizes complex scientific basis of criminal procedural knowledge; conducts the study and consolidation of various theories concerning information collection , evaluation and use of communication tools and tactics of forensic techniques, psychological aspects of cognitive activities to enhance cognitive capabilities of the investigator. Based on theoretical and practical knowledge and generalization of problems of proof in criminal proceedings provided the conceptual basis of individual criminal theory of cognitive activity, defined by its object and purpose and outlines the prospects for its development.
