Savkov A. Public Administration of the Electoral Process in Ukraine^ Theoretical and Methodological Principles

An object is public relations, that were formed and developt within the process of public administration of the Election Process in Ukraine; the purpose - to develop the concept on the basis of the modern state of science and practice of the public administration that includes the scientific and theoretical approach to the public administration system with the view of the election process in Ukraine and its development; methods - comparative-historical, systemetic, dialactial, structure, functional, formal-law, comparative, specifically law; novelty - there were examined theoretical and practical approaches to the further development of the public administration system by means of the election process in Ukraine ; results - the ways of the improvement and development of the system of public administration of the electoral process in Ukraine are elaborated; the electoral process is analysed through a prism of its social component, namely, as an element of social area formation; the essence of the elections as a key component of the public administration and the development of the Ukrainian state was defined; the basic issues that affect the democratic development of the national electoral system were defined; industry is state administration.
