Lazebnuk L. Financial and integration mechanisms of modernization of the emergent economics.

The thesis is devoted to a theoretical simulation of economic modernization processes in the unity of financial and Eurointegration changes. It is find out that the criterion of this model is the transition to institutional orientation of transformational changes, combined with elements of effective government regulation of the financial sector relating to its objective (material) and operational (institutional) basis. Presence of integration component in the financial mechanism of economic modernization is substantiated. It is proved that the modernization changes in the emergent economics occurs in result of interaction of a qualitatively different mechanisms that, on the one hand, provide ensuring the integrity and stability of the economy, on the other - encourage mobility and changeability of its elements. The cause-effect relations of mechanism of modernization process, which described as the interaction of key components of growth of institutional changes in macro-financial organizations is exposed.
