Mykolaichuk M. Financial and economical mechanism of public administration of regional development

In the thesis are proposed the concept of transformation in regional administration of effectiveness in social-economic development of a territory, which based on making of financial and economical mechanism. The necessity and ability of achievement at the regional level the conception of balanced management, which anticipate development of system of balanced indices was substantiated. This system is necessary for accomplishment of purposeful step-by-step shift of region from present condition to sustainable development. In an effort to introduce technology of balanced management was developed method for evaluation of achievements of regions in sustainable development that based on activities, which made on the base of managed forces of growth. For obvious representation of cause-effect relations between growth factors and wishful results was developed "strategic maps" that demonstrate actions, which able to guarantee achievement of striking results in sustainable development by certain region.
