Krasnojaruzhsky A. Surgical correction syndrome of compression at patients with neoplazm mediastinum

The author carries out the complex analysis of results of surgical treatment of 334 patients with syndrome of compression caused by neoplazm mediastinum. For the first time optimum surgical tactics of treatment of patients with neoplazm mediastinum, based on an objective multiple-factor estimation of weight syndrome of compression and criteria of the forecast is developed. Efficiency of the developed and approved new ways of surgical correction of heavy haemodynamic infringements in the absence of possibility of radical removal of a neoplazm mediastinum is proved: a way roundabout aurikulocaval shuntings and a way of imposing anasthomos an artificial limb of the bottom hollow vein with application time endocaval shunt. The received results of researches and workings out essentially supplement data and an arsenal of diagnostics, surgical and reanimation treatment tactics syndrome of compression caused by neoplazm mediastinum.
