Nalyvaiko L. Political system of Ukraine: definition, system and guarantees

The dissertation is dedicated to a complex analysis of theoretical and legal problems of establishing and development of the modern transitional political system of Ukraine. The author's definition of its idea and features as well as the main stages of its development are represented herein. The theory of political system principles have been developed, while the theoretic and practical significance of its scientific conception is deemed efficient for reforming of the political system of Ukraine. The theoretical and legal foundations of 'state functions' in conditions of transition of Ukraine to democratic model of political system have been developed. Its definitions and features have been determined; the scientific classification has been worked out; the theoretical and legal essence of the state object functions in modern times has been revealed; the forms and methods of the state functions realization have been analyzed. The definition, subject, principles, genesis and structure of the Ukrainian state as an institutional element of political system have been studied and generalized; the approach of its organization and functioning has been defined. The definition, features and legal nature of governmental body have been determined. The scientific classification of governmental bodies has been worked out. The theory of guarantees of the Ukrainian political system has been developed: its definitions and features have been determined, scientific classification has been worked out and the practical problems of their realization have been analyzed. The general theoretical conclusions, theses and proposals that constitute the basis of Ukrainian political system's theory and create a theoretical basis for general conception of our political system reforming have been formulated.
