Essay

The complex of theoretical and methodological foundations of subjectivity political parties in the process of creation and implementation of state policy in Ukraine are proved in dissertation work. Based on the study of political and administrative functions of the state, phases and subjects of the political process emphasized functions of political parties in state administration. Analyzed the participation of political parties in elections, conditions of their work in the legislative and executive branch of state government, in the process of making national policy. Examined and proved the dependence of effective governance from the organizational structure of the political party, its cohesion and discipline.
