Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of medico-biological effects of combined effects of a magnetic field MF) of industrial frequency, noise, increased temperature of air in industrial conditions (electric power station, sewing manufacture, telephone communication) and in laboratory experiment on white rats. It is shown that enlarging of time of exposure results in significant increasing of frequency of factors' synergism and decreasing of factors' antagonism and independent action, that is especially characteristic to combinations of "small" ( under permissible) levels of MF taking place in sewing industry and phone communication. It is determined that biological integration of the physical factors of energetic nature may realize at different levels of structural and functional organization of organism, but universal links of these interactions may serve systems of lipid peroxidation and anti radical defense. Biological markers of combined action of the physical factors are grounded such as indicators of free-radicals processes and a bioelectrical activity of heart. With the account of the industrial and experimental studies, is offered revision of acting in Ukraine of the sanitary norms for magnetic fields of industrial frequency 50 Hz and measures for prevention of adverse action of these factors on working people.
