Tanklevska N. The financial policy of agricultural development in Ukraine: theory, methodology, practice

The thesis presents scientific grounds of formation and implementation of the financial policy in the country's agriculture under condition of its sustainable development. The study covers conceptual principles of forming the state's financial policy in the specification of its content as a multi-faceted economic, scientific, and practical phenomena, determines its content in the context of the scientific thought evolution, systematic classification features, species and types of methodological approaches to study the process of disclosure of financial policies. The work also extends methodological basis and offers scientific approaches to determining priorities, principles, rules and criteria of efficiency of the financial policy implementation at the agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. The work provides the assessment of contemporary state and shows the rules of implementation of budgetary, tax, credit and investment policy in agriculture. The peculiarities of agrarian risk insurance are determined as well. The research findings present the integrated analysis of state, specific character and efficiency of the state financial support of agricultural enterprises and determine the prospects of its development. The offers concerning improvement of the financial policy in the Ukrainian agriculture are developed, formed the strategy and proposed the conception of its formation and implementation is created.
