The work is based on the scientific literature, legislative and other acts, narrative sources. It concerns the analysis of the system of organizational and legal basis of slipway colonization of the Northern Black Sea coastland, the processes of development of the ancient states and law in the region at the end of the VІІ century - the first half of the VІ century A.D. There have been found and systematized law relics, different epigraphic, narrative, numismatic and archaeological things. In the dissertation the scientific division of periods of ancient states and law development in the Northern Black Sea coastland region is presented, its features have been defined.
