Slidenko I. The Constitutional Control in the Mechanism of Modern Constitutional State

An object is public relations, that form the institute of constitutional control which is characterized by certain attributes, features and intended purpose; purpose - defining the features of the institute of constitutional control in view of its origin, nature and positioning, development of proposals and recommendations for its improvement, promotion and perfection of the legislation, introduction of the achievements of the scientific analysis in practice of the functioning of the constitutional control; methods - SWOT-analysis, dialectical logic, abstraction, forecasting, formal-logical, logical-semantic, legal-comparative, retrospective-comparative, systemic-functional, structural and functional; results - the new methodology for assessment and analysis of the constitutional control as well as its place and role in the mechanism of a modern state have been defined, the author presents the concept of the institute of the constitutional control, the features and the advantages of constitutional control in modern state; it is proved that the constitutional control is a separate element of the state mechanism; a new conceptual approach to the improvement of the constitutional control in Ukraine has been proposed; field - constitutional law.
