Antofiy N. Organizing-economic ensuring the development of the production system fruit-vegetable tin of the sector of the economy of the Ukraine

Object - the process of economic development of fruit processing industry in Ukraine combining agricultural and processing enterprises;the methods: dialectic method of perception, abstracting method, systemic approach, methods of data observations, measure and description, comparative method, analytical and synthetical, historical logical, deduction method, mathematic and modeling method; the novelty - firstly: grounded the methodological grounds of forming the organizational economic mechanism of development the fruit processing industry. We have suggested a new chain network approach to forming the production structure as a single system which is a technological chain with production networks in its each unit (chain network) and it turns into a big structure where the enterprises with the similar technology and performed function form a functional field of raw materials production, storage, the raw materials processing and selling the products; defined the system of basic criteria forming a new basis of organizational economic mechanism of developing the fruit processing industry like scientifically oriented self organizing, systematic self development and self conscious predictable interaction of economic subjects (5C system); sector -organizing-economic ensuring the development of the production system fruit-vegetable tin of the sector of the economy of the Ukraine.
